Forester Farms
Forester Farms is a twenty acre food forest blossoming near Koyna, Maharashtra. Our regenerative permaculture farm is nestled at the foothills of Dategad Fort & is irrigated by the pristine Koyna river. We have a deep & symbiotic connection with our land, animals & ecosystem.
We weave together ancient Vedic wisdom with select modern technology to grow & process produce that is naturally delicious & nourishing. Agriculture should be a source of life, not depletion - for us & for the Earth; that’s our guiding principle at Forester Farms.

Traditional Sugarcane Jaggery
Our jaggery is made from an organically grown native variety of Sugarcane, thus packed with all natural nutrients. Our process includes no binders or fillers, undergoes no excessive treatment except the boiling of sugarcane juice, hence retaining the nutrient content & making our jaggery completely free from nasties.
