Farmer Upliftment

Farmer Upliftment

We collaborate with rural & urban farmers & are constantly working to educate, train & equip our farmers with the most up to date & scientifically accurate data. We hope to bring about a positive influence in the life of farmers who are associated with us & in the farming community of India.

Food Forestry

Food Forestry

We perceive soil & water as invaluable & irreplaceable natural treasures that need to be conserved. Imitating a forest, we grow multiple crops in the same field. Planting diverse crops from root vegetables to big fruiting trees  ensures the best use of water. This helps the soil to maintain nutrients & carbon, increasing its productivity & fertility.

Sustainable Practices

Sustainable Practices

All our food & crop waste is converted into organic compost which goes back to the soil instead of being burnt or being sent to landfills. Our packaging is all fully recyclable & we are constantly making strides to improve on what we offer.

We are a carbon negative company.

Soil Preservation

Soil Preservation

Our soil is our most treasured resource. Without soil, we humans would not be capable of survival. While current farming practices have led to depletion & soil erosion; at Forester Farms we believe in replenishing the soil health. We practice multi-cropping, crop rotation & agroforestry to prevent soil erosion & depletion. Further we also use natural mulching, natural fertilisers & vermicompost to increase soil carbon & maintain underground water levels.

Supporting Local

Supporting Local

All the raw materials we use for processing are locally sourced. We believe India is capable of producing the best agriculture based products in the world, as it used to a few centuries ago. Our products are proudly made from the best ingredients sourced locally from India.

Full Transparency

Full Transparency

Our products & its associated labels are as transparent as it gets. Traceable right to the source, our products come with no fine print, terms or conditions. All that goes on in our farms is also regularly shared through social media, giving you a view into where your food comes from.

STEP 1
Image

Homes Built with Care

Bee boxes are thoughtfully placed across Tulsi farms in Himachal — creating a safe, stable home where Mellifera bees can thrive naturally.

STEP 2
Image

Guided by Seasons

Bees gather nectar freely from surrounding forests and farms, following nature’s rhythm — not human timelines.

STEP 3
Image

Harvested with Patience

Honey is collected only after the bees have stored enough for themselves. We take only what is surplus.

STEP 4
Image

Kept Close to Nature

Honey is gently extracted from the frames using cold methods and lightly strained, without heating or heavy filtration, so its enzymes, aroma, and natural character remain intact.

STEP 5

Packed at Source

Bottled carefully at the farm, keeping the honey pure, traceable, and close to its origin.
