Social Impact
Regenerating Soil, Biodiversity & Landscapes
Our farming is rooted in regenerative principles — no tilling, living soil building, diverse crop systems and natural inputs. This approach helps increase organic matter in the soil, supports biodiversity above and below ground, and enhances water retention and resilience — creating landscapes that flourish year after year rather than degrade.
Impact Highlights:
- Soil fertility improved naturally through compost cycles and desi cow preparations
- Biodiversity returning with native plants, pollinators, and wildlife
- Water and nutrient cycles restored through permaculture design
Supporting Rural Livelihoods & Local Farmers
We are part of a broader community movement — connecting with local growers, sharing knowledge, and creating fair opportunities. By focusing on small-batch production, traceability, and fair pricing, we help ensure farmers and workers earn better returns for their labour and expertise.
What we do:
- Partner with nearby farmers for native seed cultivation
- Pay fair prices for sourced crops and inputs
- Create seasonal and year-round work opportunities on the farm
Women-Led Dairy Cooperative
Our social impact extends beyond the fields. We support a women-run dairy collection cooperative, empowering women in rural areas with ownership, leadership, and income-earning potential. This initiative strengthens local economies and supports financial inclusion in ways that grow far beyond the farm gate.
Community Impact:
- Women taking leadership roles in dairy operations
- More stable income streams for participating families
- Strengthened community networks and resilience
